FRIDAYS - 4 PM (Ages 13 - 17)

Intentionally timed after school, and before Lord & Goddess are back from their daily adventures - this is a time dedicated just for the teen warrior! An energetic and rhythmic vinyasa flow. Dynamic sequences, upbeat contemporary music, and playful challenges rooted in fun, to build courage, confidence, and focus along the sacred yogic journey.
FRIDAYS - 11 AM (Ages: 16+)
75 Minutes
Arrive at the serene state of rest and nourishment with support from props holding the body, as muscles melt to allow consciousness to float away from both body and mind. Sink into this gentle restorative practice to release tension, settle the senses, and rest in the divine stillness and Adi-Yogi meditative state.
FRIDAYS - 1 PM (Ages: 16+)

A living embodiment of devotion in action, just as Godess Parvati herself, this 60-minute soulful Hatha practice takes contemplative, steady movements through asanas and pranayama that honor the sacred circular and continual circumnavigation around Mount Kailash.
