To close 2026, I will be hosting a deeply intentional yoga retreat in Varkala, India.  Curated, intimate, and designed as a space for connection in the Mother - Teen relationship.  Bring your teen to India and be one of 5 Mom and Teen pairs who will come together as a inter-connected group of 10, in this space centering motherly connection and heritage.  

Application-based and invite-only.

Expect yoga rooted in Vedic tradition, ritual, community, and rest.  All meals, activities and accommodation provided - you need only focus on where your path is guiding you.

This Fall, I will be walking the beaches of Kerala, feeling the rhythm of life there, and soaking in everything the lush state has to offer.  I’ll be listening to the tides, sensing the energy of the land, and letting it guide the vision for a deeply intentional retreat to close 2026.
